Big Band at the Bandstand
Come and enjoy the PDMC Big Band performing live on the Buxton Pavilion Gardens bandstand! Bring a picnic, relax in the beautiful surroundings, and enjoy an afternoon of fantastic big band music filled with energy, swing, and summer vibes.
Stricty KTCo!
Celebrate a dazzling decade with KTCo in one glitter-filled night of dance, glamour, and unforgettable entertainment. Watch amateur contestants paired with professional performers compete in spectacular ballroom and Latin routines, judged by a star-studded panel. Cheer them on as they battle for glitterball glory at Strictly KTCo.
Chamber performances at Chatsworth
Join CNEDMC’s flute choir, clarinet choir, and chamber orchestra for a special performance in the beautiful surroundings of Chatsworth Gardens. Enjoy an afternoon of live music set against the stunning backdrop of the gardens, offering a relaxed and atmospheric experience for all visitors.
Big Band at Leek Arts Festival
The Peak District Big Band will be back for what has become an annual, highly praised event, filled with fantastic music and a great atmosphere. This popular concert is always a highlight of the year, showcasing the band’s energy and talent. Tickets will be available in advance from the Foxlowe Arts Centre closer to the event.

Summer Concert 1
Join us for PDMC’s Summer Concert 1, a wonderful celebration of our young musicians’ progress and enthusiasm! Enjoy performances from our Beginner Wind Bands, Beginner Strings, Training Strings, the Peak District String Orchestra, and the Choir. It promises to be an uplifting evening of music, showcasing talent, teamwork, and the joy of making music together.

Summer Concert 2
Join us for PDMC’s Summer Concert 2, a fantastic celebration of our young musicians’ progress and hard work! Enjoy performances from our Intermediate Strings, Intermediate Wind Band, and Big Band. It promises to be a vibrant evening of music, highlighting musical growth, collaboration, and the excitement of live performance.
Les Miserables
The Advanced Musical Theatre group from KTCo Studios performs the classic, epic musical, Les Misérables.
Community Orchestra Day
Join PDMC for a fun, full-day music workshop led by their experienced music directors and packed with film music favourites. Open to adults and children (Grade 4+), it’s a great chance for families and local musicians to make music together.
Free for children, adults minimum donation £5. Enjoy a friendly atmosphere, great music, and plenty of tea, coffee, and cake!
