Beginner and Training String Ensembles Director
Peak District Music Centres has a vacancy for an ensemble director to lead their Beginner and Training String Ensembles
At Peak District Music Centres we are now working to increase our player numbers and to rebuild our structure of ensembles in the wake of the pandemic.
Required, as soon as possible, is an Ensemble Director (ED) to direct either the Beginner or the Training String ensemble.

Friday Evenings, 4.45-5.30pm (Beginners) / 5.15-6.30pm (Training)
- Pay and employment status
This is a self employed post, paid at £30 per hour. EDs are given 30 minutes preparation time in addition to their contact time per week, resulting in weekly pay of £37.50 (Beginners) / £52.50 (Training).

This work is classed as having substantial access to children and applicants will be subject to an Enhanced DBS check as part of any recruitment process. A DBS check is a record of a person’s criminal convictions and cautions, carried out by the Disclosure and Barring Service. Any information shown will be used to ascertain a candidate’s suitability for role.
