General information
Summer concert day – 19 July
- Rehearsal morning times
Check in will open at 9.15am, for a rehearsal 9.30am-1.00pm at County Hall Matlock – Open in Google Maps
- Getting to Repton
There will be a coach transfer afte the rehearsal to Repton School for the concert for the children – parents do not need to provide transport, but will need to get themselves to Repton.
- Lunch and snacks
Please bring a packed lunch and any snacks for the day, and ensure they contains no nuts.
- Clothing
Please wear something bright a summery suitable for a concert.
- Concert
4.30pm - 6.15pm, at Repton School, Repton – Open in Google Maps.
- ️️Tickets
Tickets are now available to buy for the concert (£10 + booking fee). As seating a little limited, we have a maximum of 2 tickets per family to begin with, and will release any remaining tickets in the week running up to the event. We recommend booking your tickets as soon as you can.

Answers to common questions
- Where can I park at County Hall?
County Hall has a car park a little further down the hill on Bank Road. From the car park you can walk up to County Hall, following signs for Reception. – Open in Google Maps.
- Can I stay at County Hall during the morning and watch?
Unfortunately no. We cannot host parents at County Hall during the singing morning, but we sometimes invite families to watch a sharing of what has been learned.
- Are there any refreshments?
We do not provide refreshments other than water. If your child needs anything, we suggest they bring it with them. Please do not bring any snacks that contain nuts.
- Does my child need to prepare anything?
No, the choir's activities are accessible on the day without any preparation
Payments
- How do I make an online payment?
Please do this using Derbyshire County Council's payment service. This link is in your confirmation email, too.
- Can I pay on the door?
Unfortunately, we cannot accept cash or card payments on the door.
- I think something has gone wrong with my payment, what do I do?
