Important details about the singing mornings

• Where and when
  Sunday 5 October and Sunday 16 November, 9.30am-1.00pm
  County Hall Matlock – Open in Google Maps.
• When to arrive
  Please arrive from 9.15am for a 9.30am start.

Answers to common questions

• Where can I park at County Hall?
  County Hall has a car park a little further down the hill with a sign saying "Car Park". From the car park you can walk up to County Hall. – Open in Google Maps.
• Can I stay at County Hall during the morning and watch?
  Unfortunately no. We cannot host parents at County Hall during the singing morning, but we sometimes invite families to watch a sharing of what has been learned at 12.30pm. This term, there will be a sharing on 16 November – Those attending are asked to gather in the reception.
• Are there any refreshments?
  We do not provide refreshments other than water. If your child needs anything, we suggest they bring it with them. Please do not bring any snacks that contain nuts.
• Does my child need to prepare anything?
  No, the morning's activities are accessible on the day without any preparation
• Can my child bring a friend?
  Certainly, but they will need to be registered with us first. They can sign up to a few days before the singing morning at derbyshiremusichub.org.uk/djc

Payments

• How do I make an online payment?
  Please do this using Derbyshire County Council's payment service. This link is in your confirmation email, too. 
• Can I pay on the door?
  Unfortunately, we cannot accept cash or card payments on the door.
• I think something has gone wrong with my payment, what do I do?
